Add Dry Bowser and give us colorable eyes in char select

Those could be tied to an unused color parameter instead, maybe his Shoes color is unused, just set that to whatever eye color you prefer (orange or cyan) and boom, eye color settings for Dry Bowser.
I mean like I want Dry Bowser Playable and like Colorable eyes in the colorable settings
Please someone make him I'll do whatever, I might even pay for it to happen, just remember, he has blue fire and he can throw bones.
