Add Dry Bowser and give us colorable eyes in char select

Make sure Dry Bowser is the way he is, and we need colorable eyes

Those could be tied to an unused color parameter instead, maybe his Shoes color is unused, just set that to whatever eye color you prefer (orange or cyan) and boom, eye color settings for Dry Bowser.
