Shine Thief v2.1

It's Shine Thief, from Mario Kart Double Dash and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, now playable in sm64ex-coop! Featuring many stages, (somewhat janky) Rom hack support, and support for all Arena maps.

This is a LONG overdue update, with many new features and changes, such as:

• ITEMS! 13 unique items, such as Red Shells and Super Stars. You can set these to Frantic or Skilled for more or less powerful items respectively, or turn them off for classic Shine Thief gameplay.
• OMM Support works again!
• 6 new maps! Snow Slide (CCM), Inside of the Volcano (LLL), Huge Island (THI), Wiggler's Cave (THI), The Princess's Secret Slide, and The Secret Aquarium are now all available.
• Adjustments to various maps (such as Whomp's Fortress and Underground Lake) to be less unfair
• Adjustments to all existing variants (+ 1 new variant)
• API that lets you create your own variants and more

Included with this mod is Arena Base Stages, which adds stages from the original Arena mode, and Arena DX Stages, which adds stages featured in sm64coopdx (+ Space Central). Both are compatible with both versions of coop, and credit goes to their original authors, such as AngelicMiracles.
