Had a helluva a time playing with a group of 5 last night. Very awesome mode and very well executed. Only major issue I've seen is the text shouts for kills and deaths doesn't always tag the correct players.
For those wondering, yes, characters with heavy custom movesets like Mega Man X and Sonic spindashes do function properly and cause damage.
