Plumber's Quest 64 v1.1

This mod is a pretty barebones rpg system, I expected it to be an encounter whenever an enemy comes close enough to you, but it's completely separate from the main game.
there's a bug where if you shoot directly up inside a cannon and select fight, mario will shoot up and fall back into the cannon, and then if you select "attack" you will teleport to your enemy while the game still counts you as inside the cannon. if you have lakitu cam on, instead of switching between the three lakitu cams, it will switch between normal mariocam and and normal lakitucam. it also softlocks you if you die, because the base game power meter isn't usually supposed to kill you when you're in a cannon, leaving you only to alt+f4

also the game becomes too easy if you have a defense stat over 30, making every attack towards you deal 1 damage, and counterattacks give you only a second to react to press jump

May I ask if you were using any equipment to increase your defense stat? Theres already been mention of the next update fixing some balance.
Also notice you just joined 35 minutes ago and this is your first review.. any request or discussion has been made on the mod page.
Please let me know if you'd like to recommend anything . Feedback is appreciated. (This is also a one person mod, alongside other projects.)
This mod is excelent (ignore the 1 star rating)
This mod is riddled with bugs and the gameplay is cookie cutter basic rpg stuff where numbers go up with no variety in gameplay, if this mod had more polish to it like going to multiple maps after defeating certain bosses or more difficulty settings and maaaayybe even gameplay similar to mario and luigi/paper mario games, then this mod could be really good.

Can I ask what you mean by 'riddled with bugs'?
I've never seen you mention anything in the discussion page so I'm curious what you'd like to see added aside from the difficulty settings.
Appreciate the feedback and thanks for checking it out!
