[DynOS] SwagSkeleton95's Player Models v1.0

It took a long time, but I've finally updated the older models to be up to standard.
The Mario model in particular has been ported to a better template and now includes recolorable metal cap, metal wings, and a few model fixes like improved overalls and cap coloration. Luigi's metal cap has been similarly fixed.

I'd like to thank everyone for enjoying the DynOS, and being so kind about it in the comments. My motivation to make more like this is currently a little low- but who knows! It might come back. Thanks a ton, either way! You're the best.

Second to last planned update brings Waluigi to the pack, completing the crew! The final update (1.0) will consist of small fixes to bring every model up to the same standard, and fixing some minor annoyances. Enjoy!
