PATCH UPDATES

• Triggers are now not GOD DAMN CASE SENSITIVE AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
• You can finally STOP someone spamming with the command /voiceclipsban [NAME]

and if they STOP messing with the voicelines, just do /voiceclipsban [NAME] again to unban them
- Mod menu to disable voiceclips for yourself (dw flowery WE YES WE love you)
