[CS] Sonic Classic and Modern Pack 1.5

Every character now has custom running and jumping animations! Except Modern Eggman. He didn't need any. Also, some boring stuff's been fixed, like the wing positions on both of the Eggmen and Modern Knuckles, and some model tweaks for Modern Eggman.

I added DynOS models for all the characters. Nothing too crazy, but now you can use the characters separately from the Character Select mod.
