[CS] Pizza Pack v1.3.2

Changelog:

• Massively updated code
  • No longer supports backwards compatibility; previously did this due to a lack of an official mobile port, which now exists
  • Misused WIP code to replace Mario's name in game dialogue; this is removed
• Added custom Course Select texture (template provided by Mike)
• Added a new failsafe
  • If Character Select is outdated, it will warn the host

• Fixed an issue where the credits would repeat for every character in the pack (see screenshot-- it's godawful)

• Added credits via v1.10's credits menu
• Added dialogue replacement (i.e. Mario -> Peppino, Mario -> Noise, etc)

Nothing huge, and this time it's an actual update.

• Added OOOF.ogg and UH2.ogg to the cast's voicelines
• Added version number to the mod's description

I edited the description of the mod in CS to say what characters are included in the pack, who voices who, and credit to ZAIDORZ for mixing. That's it. You don't really need to update it if you don't want to, nothing important or game-breaking is addressed or added.

Wahoo!!! It's literally just one thing, but I think it helps make the mod feel more expressive. Sorry for all of the updates/tweaks, by the way.

• Noise & Noisette have unique heads for death/burn eye state

This time, with more edits outside of Peppino!

• Re-positioned Peppino and Gustavo's Peace Sign hand / thumbs up correctly
• Slightly edited Gustavo's hand positions

This is mostly a Peppino model tweak, but here's the changelog anyway:

• Adjusted Peppino's arms, and hand positions very slightly to be equal
• Adjusted Peppino's right sideburn to hide a noticeable seam

... what? I told you it was a small tweak.
