[CS] Paper Partners 64 + TTYD V3.0

That's right! I fixed a whole bunch of things and got so bored doing that i did 3 more characters! And with Blooey and Torque, all of Luigi's partners are now here!

Thanks for wibblus for the help on Torque and Squishy for adding the palette presets for the characters!!

- Fixed Metal Recolors for all characters.
- Fixed Sushie spazzing.
- Fixed Transparency issues for Goombella, Kooper, Koops, Sushie, Watt.
- Added Victory faces for Goombario, Goombella, Sushie, Watt, Bombette, Jerry, Lady Bow.
- Fixed issue with idle bopping for Goombario and Goombella.
- Bobbery's cap now is fully recolorable.
- Flurrie's body is recolorable and her hair tied to CAP!
- Minor sound issues fixed.

So the release of 2.0 had some issues, with leftover files that would cause issues with other packs and would not let you play as Mario with the pack active (as well as arena related issues).

I want to make this pack arena friendly so those fixes and future fixes are to remedy compatibility with it as well as polish some older models which has issues derived from lack of experience with blender.

Also, neat lil bonus: Hayzee, the Crazee Dayzee is now playable!
