[CS] Maurice Spaghetti v1.3

Changelog:

• Massively updated code
  • No longer supports backwards compatibility; previously did this due to a lack of an official mobile port, which now exists
  • Misused WIP code to replace Mario's name in game dialogue; this is removed
• Added custom Course Select texture (template provided by Mike)
• Added a new failsafe
  • If Character Select is outdated, it will warn the host
• Added MauriceOKEYDOKEY
• Changed volume of some voicelines
• Edited character description

• Now compatible with Character Select v1.10 (still backwards compatible!!)
  • Health meter works again
  • Palettes work again
• Added credits via v1.10's credits menu
• Added version number to mod description
• Added dialogue replacement (i.e. Mario -> Maurice)
  • Will show when dialog_set_replace_name("Luigi") ships

Version 1.1
An update to Maurice has been released. The update will be applied when you download it and restart your game. The major changes include:

• Updated Maurice's model
  • Adjusted the alignment of the torso
  • Adjusted the positioning to the open hand and thumbs-up hand gestures
  • Made slight edits to the model
  • Updated localization files

Anyways obvious TF2 joke aside, a big big big thank you for SuperKirbyLover for updating the Maurice model for me (and for maybe reminding me several times to put the update onto the site). This was greatly appreciated and I'm really grateful.
