[CS] Launchpad McQuack 1.2.4

Last update used an outdated version of the file (Cause my last computer went kaput), which didn't have it's reverts fixed (Made the Metal texture appear everywhere when his metal cap showed up)

Also filled in Lp's Scarf so that it didn't look weird at certain head positions

Fixed eyes not being able to be recolored

Added unused eye states

Fixes his head turning into Waluigi when he dies with the Metal Cap

Updated the .lua file to the latest template, which removes the script errors.
