[CS] Doraemon 2.0

We're back here for this new update which adds compatibility with the So Retro! mod

A new and improved graffiti was also added, not just a simple Doraemon PNG

And finally, the CS description was updated to be more complete

This update added the graffiti to the corresponding character in character select 1.16.

In this version, the ending image is changed to match the game
