[CS] Doorway Divers (FavChars) 2.1

Hiya folks! I've been meaning to release this update to the mod for a while, even if its not as big. Oh, and happy new years!

• Changed the mod's official name from FavChars to "Doorway Divers." Gone are the days of being unoriginal by having your username and then "Chars" afterwards LOL
• Updated the in-game mod description
• Updated Panella's main model due to missing certain details
• Panella's slidekick is now slipperier, making her moveset's ability more useful
• Added Panella's "Off the Clock" alternate outfit
• Panella now has her own set of custom caps
• Fixed Huggert's dropped caps not recoloring properly
• In-Menu Character Select V1.16 credits support
• Added a huge load of new palettes for each character! In total, there's roughly around 70 new palettes! Think you can guess what each one references? (Making them is fun, alright?)
