[CS] Dealer Luigi 1.0

Looks ripped straight out of the game, based on what I've seen! I think using the Cards as Caps (IE Star Card is metal and makes you rainbow instead of metal, also maybe no sinking, vanish cap could maybe be either a blank card or a card of Luigi's face and White-Out, no example ideas for wing in my head, and these are just ideas I had) would be a good idea!

This is great!! would you consider a DS model toad?? Or Wario?? this is amazing :)
