[CS] Cream the Rabbit v3.1

• Added new outfit: Squishy Cream, based on Squishy6094's avatar, as a huge thank you for helping us get the Cream API and then some updated for v1.16 of CS! She's available through pack 1 if you wish to select her!
• Replaced the placeholder graffiti texture with a new custom one by Funkys0da!
• Custom letters and signature textures should now be working in latest Character Select version as of this update (v1.16.2) though they were already in previous update.
• Added CS menu music to go alongside the default, song is System Screen: Menu from Sonic Heroes.

• Now supported on latest builds of Character Select (huge thanks to Squishy6094 for the overhaul!)
  • If voicelines are not playing, make sure you're on v1.16.1!
  • This means all the packs are now under a single Cream icon, so you may want to enable fast select to find the outfit ya like.
  • This ALSO means that when you save your outfit, it'll remember which one ya picked last.
• Added temporary graffiti image to CS Menu, will be updated later with a custom one
• Added pose for CS Menu, based on her Advance 2 art as close as I could get it.
• Added custom Peach and End Toad models (Princess Vanilla for Peach, Cheese and Chocola for the two Toads respectively)
• Added custom textures for peach letter and signature (currently not working in CS v1.16.1, should be fixed in later version)

There will be a smaller update coming later to add a few new things. Just waiting till someone gets back from their trip.

Huge thank you once again to AloXado320 for the various code fixes and code additions.

• Fixed where you would die if you ever flew over quicksand
• Fixed an issue where grabbing a ledge when flying would make Cream appear flying but in the ledge grab state
• Fixed where flying after jumping out of water would cause camera issues when using the default cam (if it's still a little awkward, please let me know)
• Fixed the models in Packs 2 through 4 in regards to the capless head model being visible when used with other mods such as OMM. The capless function has been removed for all the alts.
  - Default Cream model has also been updated to remove the unlit pupils and update the various textures to appear less blurry.
• Added a toggle to locally disable flying for those who wish to not use it or to avoid conflict with other mods.
• Per request, added a toggle to locally disable the new custom star model and revert back to the default star model. Note, this only changes the model, not the hud icon.
  - Both toggles can be found in the mod menu

Title says it all.

• Flying has been added from Super Cream 64! Should work basically the same as it did there. Controls will be listed in the main mod description.
• Mod has been updated to support most of her outfits from Super Cream 64. The ones omitted were created specifically for friends, mutuals and streamers and don't wanna include them unless permitted. Full list will be posted in the description.
• In addition, the outfits are also separated into packs to not clog up player's CS screens. The main folder will just contain normal Cream while the other four packs will contain the various outfits.
• Updated all sound files to not be as loud as before.
• Made the custom palette model a separate selection since it would break whenever the player would fly.
• Added more unique animations for the star dance, exit painting and sleeping.
• Face state will change as well with certain animations
• Various other behind the scene code optimizations (thank you so much Aloxado320)

Title says it all, in case people don't want the Red Star Ring forced in.

• Added proper texture to tail, actually shows up now.
• Added additional credit for new cream voice clips.

- Description no longer wraps off the window

• Reimported the cream folder so that it's actually cream_geo instead of mario_geo, won't keep remaking mario_gen.bin and repacing the mario model
• Went back and renamed various things in-code for future proofing.
