[CS] Canari 2.0

Since I updated the Iono mod I decided to carry over some of the new things I learned to Canari as well, this update includes new preset palettes, a custom health bar, custom animations and sound effects from the games while she still doesn't have a proper voice.
Some of the screenshots are wip, the final model's look is in the first screenshot!
