This mod is peak! But there is a slight problem. Whenever I choose Toad, Luigi, or Wario, they just play Mario's voice lines instead of their custom voice lines. How do I fix that?
How exactly do I apply the update properly?

It's stuck at version 1.4
I downloaded the mod and extracted it, but when i started up SM64 it said it couldn't find characters even though i downloaded some character mods, could someone maybe help me?
I really like how the Menu has more style now! But I figured I'd mention one bug I noticed that you guys want to take note of for further updates:

In the latest update it appears as if you have too many characters active at once, you can't exit out of the menu and once you've either selected a character or changed to another part of the menu, you can't do anything in the menu at all, I don't know if there are any other issues atm, but this is the only one I've found since the latest update.
A good mod but says there's an script error with the version 1.4 of the game.
You can change characters from the command, adding depth to the game. With each version update, the character name may evolve, such as being replaced with 'Mario'. However, when using it in conjunction with the 'Brutal Bosses' mod, there are new issues arising; for example, parts that should have had their messages changed in the latest version, which worked without problems in the old version, did not change as expected, and the behavior of the toad that identifies itself and gives you stars is behaving oddly.
gives me script errors now for some reason
This is one of the most important mods for coopdx, but the most recent version has a bug where characters with a custom moveset will revert from your custom palette back to their preset palette during gameplay. Though this doesn't happen to every character (for example, Sonic from Sonic Character: Rebooted has this problem, but Amy from the same mod pack doesn't), it would be nice to see fixed

Recently the way preset palettes are handled was reworked, will def work on fixing this!!
it does what it aims to accomplish: allows for extra characters (and even movesets) to be added to mario 64 without overwriting the original cast provided by CoopDX. i love it!
i think my only criticism is the UI. it doesn't feel very mario 64-ish outside of the font. maybe in the future the UI could get an overhaul and utilize 64-styled textures... similar to the file select screen or even the title screen (like the CoopDX mod site), maybe! who knows
boasts a lot of features for devs; custom voices, custom health meter, custom moveset toggle, preset palette, dialogue name replacement. it's really nice! i'm not just saying this cause i added custom health either LMAO. it's really flexible in terms of letting you add whoever you can imagine. having that much ability to change stuff is fantastic. i think my only suggestion would to be able to have multiple preset palettes... would be pretty cool i think
easiest way to change characters like always also fun when the characters has movesets which change a lot the gameplay
