added text to nuzlocke reset mentioning save reset
added toggle for nuzlocke free for all which will be disabled if another mod sets the teamfunction
made it so pause exiting from a course will allow you to reselect your character can be toggled.
added character status to mod menu
added the ability to save or load nuzlocke settings. loading is only for the host or a moderator.Saved settings will be autoloaded when hosting.
added command for the host to revive a character for a player and their team.
added optional includelocked param for _G.charselectnuzlockeapi.get_livingcharactertable for including locked characters in the returned table. without said param it will default to not including locked characters in the returned table.
