Question: Arena Commands (Map, Gamemode, Jump)?

[Darkly Big Nozerz]

Ok. Maybe I'm missing something but, How do you change settings manually in Arena?

I don't see any readme file or any sort of instruction. Trying to find videos or scouring this site is leading to no results.
I tried go-to options like 'arena list' or 'arena help' But all it does is pull up the format I have to type settings in.
Unfortunately This (( Arena [gamemode | level | jump leniency] )) is not very intuitive or helpful when I don't even know what the gamemodes are.

The problem is these map names are LONG and I really hope its not just write the entire name perfectly along with your settings because that would just be annoyingly tedious.
And If it IS tedious then whatever I'll deal with it. All I want to know is how to work with this.

Can I change these settings individually? Is there some menu I'm missing? has this question been answered already? AM I STUPID?

HELP PLEASE
ty in advance
Edit: How do I also put in extra maps btw

Vale.

¿Me estoy perdiendo algún menú?
