I've been looking for a while, and have zero idea on how to import characters from the mod site into the game

I have the same issues, no matter if I drag either the .Zip or .lua files into the game itself or drag them into the mods folder. It says constant script errors occur and i've tried several mods with the same problems.

I found out how, make sure to remove the extra characters mod, and make sure the character select mod is up to date, then unzip the character mod file, open the file, take the actual file in there with all the stuff, then put it all in the mods folder then it should work

I don't think that page exists (anymore?), so I'll put a guide here.

To import mods, make sure the mod is extracted. If possible by the file manager, check if there is already a folder inside the zip for the actual mod. If there is, choose "extract to folder", if that is also an option. If one of those 3 is not there (previewing .zips, if a folder isn't already there, "extract to folder" option), then just do a regular extraction, and if there wasn't a folder there, you don't need to check, but if there was then move the actual mod folder to the main mods folder, because otherwise the game doesn't read the mod. If you don't know if there was an extra folder or not (no preview), check the folder made from the extracted .zip

If it's a character mod like in this case, make sure to check main.lua (if you can't then find a Lua editor or a text editor that may somehow support all files) for if it has "CS" or "Character Select" somewhere.
