Hello ,

I am writing to appeal my permanent ban. My username in the game is JAIYTBR2026.

I was permanently banned after an incident where another player called JHON was repeatedly harassing and disturbing me during the game. I tried to report this behavior to the host/leader Scott , but there was a misunderstanding, and instead of the other player JHON being addressed , i ended up being banned.

And this is not a only time that this happen , Jay have banned me too after i report JHON for him , and he have talked that JHON is innocent and banned me two or three times.

I might have reacted poorly out of frustration from being harassed, and for that, I apologize. I never intended to cause any trouble or break the rules. I just wanted to play and enjoy the game in peace.

I really enjoy SM64CoopDX and the CoopNet community, and I would appreciate it if you could review my case and grant me a second chance to return to the community. I promise to maintain a positive attitude and ignore or properly report any future issues without causing a disruption.

Olá novamente, quero ser completamente honesto e fornecer mais contexto sobre o que aconteceu, pois não quero esconder nada da equipe de moderação. O problema começou quando pedi repetidamente para reiniciar uma fase em um servidor porque não conhecia completamente as regras na época. Um jogador chamado JHON me insultou, me chamando de "insuportável". Depois disso, fui banido daquele servidor. Mais tarde, criei meu próprio servidor e, quando JHON entrou, o bani de volta por raiva e retaliação. Isso iniciou uma rixa. Após esse incidente, JHON usou sua influência com outros hosts e líderes para me banir de vários servidores repetidamente, o que acabou levando ao meu banimento permanente do CoopNet. Percebo agora que retaliar e bani-lo de volta no meu servidor foi imaturo e que eu não deveria ter solicitado repetidamente a reinicialização da fase. Entrei em um ciclo tóxico e peço sinceras desculpas pela minha participação nessa situação. Só quero superar isso, prometo não banir ninguém por despeito novamente e jogar normalmente. Obrigado por compreender a história completa.

I also need to bring to light a very serious aspect of this situation. I am Black, and my character skin in the game is also Black. JHON’s "jokes" in Spanish about tigers having no food or water, alongside comments about mosquitoes, were actually masked racist slurs meant to dehumanize and mock my race.

I reacted with extreme anger and cursed because I was being subjected to racial harassment, and it deeply hurt me to see the administrators defend him without realizing the prejudice behind his words. I do not stand for racism, and my explosion was a desperate reaction to being racially targeted in the chat. I ask the team to check the logs under this context.

OP doesn't know what they're talking about and literally accusing lobby hosts/admins of being racist for no reason. All they did was ban the OP because he was annoying the piss out of people, which isn't the first time they've done this, hence why they got banned previously.

And from what I read, JHON wasn't even saying anything to him, OP was literally repeating word for word everything JHON said while they were in the lobby, annoying everyone. And once he got banned, he's accusing everyone involved of being racist? Seems like he's playing the victim in order to get unbanned or looking to get the people involved banned? Kinda fucked up

I'm sorry, but you got it all completely wrong. I started repeating everything JHON said because he was already imitating and annoying me at the start—and yes, he DID say those things about mosquitoes and starving lions!

Now tell me: did you see me say that Jay and Scott were being racist toward me? No, right? The point is that JHON DID make those jokes in Spanish to me—yes, he did—and I repeated them because I was imitating him out of anger; I only really understood what they meant after I looked into it deeply.

And saying that JHON didn't say anything to me is like being blind. Because if it were a lie, why would I be here asking to be unbanned, huh?

And on top of that, it was on Jay's server, not his... in other words, you were mistaken again! And the person in control was Scott Progan, not Jay.

I’m just asking for one thing: forgive me for annoying you all. I’ll make an effort not to do those things again, and I promise I won't. I want to go back to playing Super Mario and see my friends from the game again; I just want to play in peace without JHON bothering me... And if I don't get back in, that's okay...

Paragraph 2. I never said you said that Jay and Scott were being racist towards you, however you did clearly accuse them of enabling the supposed racism and harassment you claim Jhon was doing towards you, which is basically the same thing.
Paragraph 3. You can say a lot of crap and doesnt mean it's all true. You could be desperate to get unbanned so you could just create a whole post with blatant lies in hopes you do get unbanned.
Paragraph 4. I never said you weren't on Jays server, so you're the one that is mistaken. And you're kinda dense, because Jay is in control of his server, Scott is just one of his moderators. You're proving no point here so trying to make me look like an idiot isn't helping your case. In other words, I don't think you deserve a second chance and it seems that Jay and Scott agree.

You still act like you were banned from coopnet entirely, which you clearly were not. You can play hundreds of lobbies that are not jays, so play them and give up on playing Jays hns lobbies.

First of all: you might not believe me, but the only time I actually annoyed someone in this game was that specific instance where I started mimicking a guy until he stopped mimicking and bothering me; I was angry, so I kept mimicking him until I got tired of it. If that annoyed everyone else, I’m sorry. And tell me one thing: where did you get the idea that I annoyed a bunch of people? Because the only person I really annoyed was JHON—and that was just that one time.

Secondly: This isn't an accusation—it actually happened—and they simply didn't care about the fact that I was being subjected to racism.

Third: Everything I’ve said is true—this isn’t a joke; it’s serious! I’ve been banned for two to four months, but I’m not desperate. Lying is never the solution; it only makes things worse. But the truth remains—it is eternal and solves every problem. So, please, take this seriously. You moderators are the only ones who can help me; I want to play with my friends again, and I just want some peace. I didn't make anything up—why invent things that never happened when you can tell the whole truth about what really occurred, gain confidence, and get back to doing what you wanted to do?

And All of this happened quite a few months ago—which is why I sometimes mix up some details—but I really am trying to show that I was disturbed in the game and that I want to come back. I admit I made mistakes, like mimicking JHON and annoying everyone. I’m not lying to you; I’m telling the truth. Please, give me a second chance. I promise I’ll never misbehave again and that I’ll just ignore it if someone starts bothering me.

And simply put... my Coopnet won't connect! I can't get into any game servers. That’s why I’m here!

I've tried several times, but Coopnet won't connect; I've installed and uninstalled Super Mario 64 Coop DX multiple times!
