How can i add custom logo cs to characters that dont have one, without modding?

I dont got a pc and im on mobile so i wanna figure out how i can import at least a logo to character without one in character select like for example smw mario. Like, how can i make a .tex file or without it?

put a .png in the textures folder. the game will convert it to a .tex automatically.

I did it and the tex file appeared but its still not showing the png in the cs menu
