Add Lazy Loading

I say this because, like me, who has 183 mods, the loading screen will take forever. They could make it so that only the main.lua file loads, and when you press the mod you're going to play, it loads, while the others only have the main.lua file loaded.

Well, in my case, I have 236 mods and I have an HDD (my game takes forever to load) so it doesn't sound like a bad idea
