Why doesn't my Nova Stars mod work?

I downloaded the Nova Stars mod from the official coop dx discord, but when I turn it on and then host, nothing from the mod actually appears, even though i have met all the requirements to unlock the content. Any way to solve this problem?

just open the and click create server and click the rom hack and click the hack rom. Thats it bruh

No, there isn't any rom hack there. I only have it as a mod.
