Weird Crash Plz Help...

So i was playing B3313 with my friends Deezwhatsir? and Noob2890 and i had just gotten a star for Creepy Cove specifically the first one in that level, the 23-24th star and it was the star number of 3 via OMM rebirth. AFter getting the star i re-entered the painting and was greeted by this. IDK if this is going to disappear after some time ( i mean the img location) but if it doesnt plz tell me what happened...

I wasnt hosting the game srry for not making that clear... another person on the B3313 discord said that it cam from OMM rebirth's side of things and not B3313 so believe the game may have been confused what to do cause it may have made me roll right as i entered the warp (as i longjumped into the painting) and then it freaked out and crashed.
Also the game didnt crash for the others
