War Timer (Pizza Tower) - Ever played Pizza Tower? No? Better collect stars before time runs out!

Every second you aren't collecting stars is one step closer to death.

Single-Level mode will be finished by v2.0 I SWEAR.

IMPORTANT COMMANDS:
/war-start -- Start's the game, duh.
/war-set-star-goal -- Set's the amount of stars needed to stop the timer.
