Added infinite lives toggle in tweaks.lua

Something that i should have added with the release of this mod but ended up not thinking about it until now.
Infinite lives are on by default, to toggle them simply type /inflives on/off in chat,
the lives counter will always be at 4 when on.

This is a fun pack, although we've been getting a consistent crash whenever we collect the star from racing the BroDute koopa...

Hey, collecting the star from the race with the blue shelled koopa crashes the game. It is supposed to warp you to an area with a switch, but it just gives an error consistently.

Delete scroll_textures.lua, there's a bug currently with coopdx 1.0 that makes some scrolling textures crash the game
