Added infinite lives toggle in tweaks.lua

Something that i should have added with the release of this mod but ended up not thinking about it.
Infinite lives are on by default, to toggle them simply type /inflives on/off in chat,
the lives counter will always be at 4 when on.

Hi, so after looking at footage of the original hack, I think I'm encountering a pretty bad visual glitch. When there's a "secrets" star, like Skyover Kingdom or the secret slide, after a few seconds of the first of five secret stars being visible on screen, all of the others will vanish. They're still collectible, but unless you've seen them before and memorized their placement, they're nearly impossible to actually find.

Is this bug consistent on other people's games? Is it a mod conflict of some kind? All I know is that I'm fairly certain this bug is only present on the coop dx version.
