SM64CoopDX OpenGL and DirectX won't open.

SM64CoopDX OpenGL and DirectX won't open, is there any ways to fix this? i even tried to run it as admin. my pc uses directx 12 and my opengl is at 4.6.
i do try opening the exe file over and over again but nothing seems to happen. when i use the windows search bar, the .exe file opens and then immediatly closes, just like a crash.
