Shrink Mario on Low Health 1.0

hyperion submitted a new mod:

Shrink Mario on Low Health - Adds some difficulty if you're low on health.

Mario becomes mini-sized if his health drops to 2 bars. Also restricts his moveset (including object grabbing) and makes his voice higher pitched like in some games.

Note: if you use this with Character Select, the high-pitched voice will override custom voices.
