Show names of the Host.

I suggest not only saying the name of the host of the room in the menu, but also while in the room. Maybe have it show when you're in the pause menu, or have it show on the player list, like for example, Ellothere: Host

The host is always the second player listed on the player list (unless you're the one hosting).
