I'm ready to properly release this Touhou character pack I've been making. The models are my own, and the mod uses this Character Select mod to function. The Lua here is rather basic boilerplate to interface with the Character Select mod but, if a programming knowledge check is required, I can demonstrate experience with OpenGL and C.
