Do you feel that you have learned a substantial amount of information and developed additional programming and/or digital artistic abilities since you were denied? Feel free to apply again! 1. It must have been at least 2 weeks, or 14 days, since you were given a verdict (Not when you initially posted) about your lost application. - If you fail this, I'm not even gonna read your application, I'm just gonna lock it, post a link to this rule, and reset your two week timer back to start.
2. You must post work that shows substantial improvement over previous submitted work either in terms of quality, or scope (Simple recolors or textures aren't gonna work here kids).
3. If you were denied last time for a specific reason, the current submission must showcase an understanding of that issue, and resolve it.
