Random level textures missing in Super Mario 74 with CoopDX v1.0.3

I was playing Super Mario 74 with sm64coopDX 1.0.3 and I noticed occasional polygon textures missing from the level geometry. These textures weren't missing in the older sm64coopDX. This picture illustrates :

This is interesting as as far as I know the devs didn't touch 74's levels at all after they added it initially

Those have been missing since release to my knowledge. There are a few more too.
