so i had this 2 silly ideas that is:
Pop up Maker: leaves you put an command named /makepopup and you write your message and the pop up creates
Pinned chat: leaves you put an command named /pinmessage wich will make your message of the chat get pinned on the screen (like on the upper part)
so yeah i had this 2 ideas and because i dont know anything about lua i post them here
(btw this commands would be only avalible for the host)
