Opening program window size issue?

Whenever i run the program it opens either extremely small or just i an invisible window i cant access. any ideas as to why or how to fix it?

Hover over the tiny window on the taskbar and right click it, then select maximize. Or hold shift and right click on the icon in the taskbar and select maximize
