My network is very good. Did i use the wrong rom or smth?? Super Mario 64 (USA).z64, is that correct rom i using? I searched everywhere, nothing found about this. Its says only "Cant connect to Coopnet".

the rom has nothing to do with connection but the main problems as far as I know is
Russia blocks CoopNet
VPN blocks CoopNet
your internet is blocking connection to CoopNet (or banned but I highly doubt it)
