Mods I deleted are still there and when I install the new versions, it still shows and loads the old ones.

As the title said, I'm having problems with updating and deleting mods. After I deleted all mod files, the mod still shows up in the in-game mod library and works as normal.
There's a similar issue with updating mods. After deleting the mod's old version files and putting in the new, the menu with all of your mods still shows the old versions.

There are 2 mod folders, one is right next to the game executable, and the other is in %appdata%\sm64coopdx
