so first off, i am not a skilled modder, I wanted to do this for private sessions with my friends. I wanted to make custom characters for myself and all my friends and since we are all webcomic artists, I'm trying to make characters from our comics and my character was the test subject.
So I created the model, both making parts from scratch (head, torso, butt) while i used and edited Mario's arms and legs to finish him off.
I used Luigi's template for the rigging, I crumpled the character back into the rest position and i started testing the animations. his arms are going forward and down.
what did i do wrong? cause i know it was probably something i did.
