Mario Sunshine FLUDD moveset

I've tried out some amazing movesets like the Odyssey one, and the MMX+Zero moves and was hoping someone with the skills to recreate Mario Sunshine's moveset with a working FLUDD would be amazing. There's already a CS Sunshine Mario, just need FLUDD to complete it.
