This mod adds Kazuma Kiryu from Yakuza into Mario 64.

Can be used with character select or typing /kiryu on in chat.​


This mod gives Kiryu new animations, a new moveset comprising of a new attack combo and a dropkick, and revamped boss battles where you attack them by punching them rather than throwing them...

Hi. I'm new to modding and am currently in the process of trying to understand how to make mods for sm64coopdx, and I looked at/used some of your code as inspiration/practice for making my own mod someday.

One thing I noticed while using your code (and playing Kiryu from your mod) from "kiryu_attack_behaviours" is that when king bobomb dies and spawns a star, he spawns the 2nd star which is Koopa the quick's star. Also, there's this weird white cloud that stays below the player at the end of the fight along with king bobomb's theme constantly playing in the background with no end.

Wouldn't it make sense to delete lines 79-85 from "kiryu_attack_behaviours" and instead just use "enemyobj.oAction = 7"? This seemed to fix all the issues mentioned above while using it with my practice mod. I didn't experience the "King Bobomb star doesn't warp the player out of BOB when collected" bug while testing both your mod and my practice mod, so maybe this will fix that too? I didn't edit anything from your mod and left it as it is.
