How to launch on Linux?

other people say you can play sm64coopdx on Linux and there is a Linux version but I have yet to be able to launch it myself.

I have tried to use wine it just gives me an error saying:"File not found." about ten times.​

You need to give the game execution permissions. To do this in the terminal just do chmod +x sm64coopdx. To do this in the gui, right click on the game executable and go to properties, then select "Execute as program"
