How do I access the Hangout maps?

I have multiple Hangout mods but I have zero clue on how to access them sorry for the dumb question but I really wanna know how to access them. Love the... Emulator? Mod? Fan game? Idk what to call it but I love it nonetheless and it's a really smooth even for my crappy laptop
