Help me some sounds in some mods doesn't work

Help me, when I played SMG Luigi voice mod the voice doesn't work (doesn't make sounds)and the base Luigi voice muted too, same with OMM.
The twirl in mid air doesn't make sound.

I don't know if it's my device (android)or what but if anyone know something tell me please

I found a solution that says you have to download a specific version of the mod


If it doesn't work for you, it's because the bassound of the mod is only for PC

There is also a video but it is in Spanish, I don't know if you want it

Yes, in that video, scroll down to the comments and in one of those comments there will be a link to a YouTube video
