Dynos Skins arent showing up even though they are installed

I just downloaded the SMG4 Crew pack for this game, but even though I KNOW it should be installed as the Coop cafe pipe works just fine, NONE of the Characters from the SMG4 Crew Pack are visible in the character selection screen

I REALLY want to hear their voice performances, so PLEASE someone help me figure out whats wrong

The SMG4 Crew pack is a lua mod, not a DynOS mod. They go into the mods folder
