Do people have scheduled times for lobbies?

I’m new to the public lobby side of this, so I’ve been wondering if there are any lobbies that open on a semi-regular schedule? I like joining public lobbies but sometimes it’s either full or it’s just one person and they’re not doing much of anything.

There's a few familiar faces here and there, and by "one person and they're not doing much of anything" I assume you mean the 24/7 ones-- in order to have them show up on coopnet's lobby list, they have to have the player hosting to actually be present, so they run several but the player is afk
