player_legend updated Touhou 64 - Character Pack with a new update entry:

Touhou 64 v2.0

Touhou 64 v2.0 Release
Added Chen, Reimu, and Marisa
In total, the roster is:
  • Mima
  • Sanae Kochiya
  • Momiji Inubashiri
  • Chen
  • Reimu Hakurei
  • Marisa Kirisame
Added sounds, currently all characters have the same voice. Sounds are a work in progress, so I am open to feedback. Voice clips were taken from Fantasy Kaleidoscope ~The Memories of Phantasm~.

Hm... so, this might sound slightly prudish. But, could you make a version with either bloomers, or a shadow up the skirt? These models are really cute. But... the upskirts seem a bit awkward for this game especially....
 
i got this mod cuz my friend likes touhou also great job on the 2.0 update but the sounds seem to be a bit broken since every single character sounds like Mario and it keeps saying Touhou mod has script errors

Honestly, that's something I wondered about. I went with how it is because bloomers sounded like they'd eat up polycount. I will give it a shot in the next release though.

I'd say a shadow up the skirt would take a lot less polygons. Since you could also delete some of the lower body, and leg polygons.
