[CS] SSB Pikachu - A Pikachu version based on Smash series

IMPORTANT: this mod needs Character Select to work


MOVESET​

• Normal Smash: press B to throw bouncing Thunderball. Can shock other players.
• Up Smash: press Y to perform a Quick Dash to the stick direction. Press A to go up or Z to go down. Can be repeated instantly one time if the stick or the buttons are still held.

Non-pvp mechanics, WeatherCycleDX mechanics and some fixes

New Features
- Now projectile attacks harm normal enemies

• If WeatherCycleDX enabled, Pikachu's ElectroBalls and Thunders will be buffed if there's a rain or a storm (ALL CREDITS TO srGSR for this)
• Misc small fixes
