[CS] Modern Penguin - Play as a penguin; with the refreshed modern look!

And for my first mod; A penguin!
I've noticed how lacking the world was in a penguin skin, so I thought I'd step in and give the world this mod as my first jump into the modding scene!

• Has custom voicelines from Super Mario Galaxy and a few from yours truly
• Has a custom life icon and a custom 3d render as graffiti
• thats pretty much it; have fun!
